ABOUT OCTA MOUSSE
Octa Mousse is a rim and tire protector that is assembled with Tubeless system. It is made with light and resistant X-TECH technical foam. We have 2 types of compounds: the standard version in red designed for all types of MTB discipline and the STRONG version for aggressive use and on eBikes, Enduro and DH. With Octa Mousse you will reduce the dreaded “Snake Bite” to almost 0%, the rim will not bite the tire.
Its asymmetric Octagonal shape is designed to facilitate the free circulation of the anti-puncture liquid and easy installation inside your tire.
Its 8 points of support of its shape provide a great stability to the casing of the tire by going through turn. If you get a flat tire keep approximately 70% of the volume of the tire. This feature can be vital in competition giving you the possibility to finish. It also gives you the ability to roll with lower pressures and thus increasing the grip and braking power.

OCTA VALVE
Octa Mousse precise for its valve installation with side air outlet, conventional valves with vertical air outlet are plugged.
The Octa Valve is made of 7071 aluminum and has 4 lateral air outlets, It is available in 5 anodized colors: black, red, orange, blue and purple, in 2 lengths, 40 mm and 50 mm.
40 mm total, for aluminum rim (check the height of the rim)

Assembly Instructions
Octa Mousse is a complement to the Tubeless system and is installed as a component within the Tubelized process.
- We open only one side of the tire leaving the other side carved.
- We change the conventional valve by the Octa Valve.
- We place Octa Mousse hands in octagonal position, sometimes the product is deformed by the packaging.
- We introduce Octa Mousse into the tire and we arrange the product well towards the center of the tire.
- We close the tire using 3 strong detachable, one we leave it fixed and with the other two we close until the end.
- We introduce the anti-puncture liquid through the valve.
